To create an inclusive climate of learning, by promoting creative personal and communal partnerships with all stakeholders (i.e. a Community of Practice).
To strive to help learners become valuable, responsible citizens who understand their worth, have self-confidence, and have the ability to break from the past.
To help learners participate in building a better future.

Continually improve teaching and learning programs to ensure students achieve their full potential and experience success.
Encourage ongoing learning and acknowledge the importance of teaching how to learn.
Provide support and professional development for staff.
